How do I order?
Start by filling out the form on the custom order option. Once it is filled out we will review it and let you know of availability and a final price quote. We will hold your spot for 48 hours, and you will be added to our schedule as soon as payment is received!
How far in advance do I need to order?
As soon as you know your date and theme it is good to get your order in.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, one dozen minimum.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is allowed two weeks before pick up date.
What ingredients are in your cookies?
We have a basic sugar cookie and royal icing ingredients. We have just done a few tweaks to our recipe. All ingredients are listed on our label attached to the cookies.
Do you offer any other flavors?
For holidays and special occasions we will sometimes have different flavors available. We do not offer them for custom orders at this time.
Are your cookies allergen free?
We have a home bakery, and are not considered an allergen free environment. This is listed on our food labels with each item sold.
How long will the cookies stay?
All of our cookies are heat sealed individually; they stay fresh well over two weeks. They also freeze beautifully and can keep several months.
Can I order gluten free or dairy free cookies?
We do offer gluten free cookies on request for custom orders. Our recipes contains butter, and egg products so we do not offer a dairy free version.
Where do I pick the cookies up from?
Pick up is local, from my home. You will be given the address after ordering. Pop-ups and flash sales we message our address to those interested.
What type of payments do you take?
I take credit cards and PayPal through our website. At pop ups we accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, or PayPal. No checks.
How do pop ups and flash sales work?
We do porch pop ups for various holidays and special days throughout the year. These cookies are packaged and made in advanced, no orders. It is a first come, first serve, grab and go event. Everyone loves it!
Flash sales are online sales with local pick up. We make a certain amount of cookies in advance and sell them online for a limited time. Pick up is usually within a few days of ordering.
